West Coobina Chromite Project

Target commodity: chromite

• West Coobina has established chromite mineralisation and is located 5km from the Coobina chromite mine which is the only chromite mine in Australia.
• Chromite-bearing seams 2 - 3m thick occur within an arcuate belt of serpentinite rock for a total strike length of 700m.
• Limited drilling by Warwick returned best intersections of 4m @ 31% Cr₂ O₃ and 1m @ 33.8% Cr₂ O₃ .
• While the grades are lower than those mined at the adjacent Coobina Mine, the chromite to iron ratio (avge: 2.34 ) is exceptionally favourable.
• Warwick will undertake further exploration to assess the resource potential.
