Mr Will Burbury, BComm LLB-Executive Chairman & Company Secretary 
Will Burbury practised as a corporate lawyer for more than 10 years and was previously a senior associate with leading Australian law firm, Clayton Utz. During this time, Mr Burbury advised companies and their directors on their activities in Australia and overseas with particular emphasis on companies listed on the stock exchange, takeovers, capital raisings, acquisitions and corporate finance.

Mr Burbury has since developed significant commercial experience in overseas markets, particularly within the mining industry in the Republic of South Africa and Australia. He is currently Executive Director and Company secretary to ASX listed Lonrho Mining Limited, and is a non-executive director of Wildkat International (Pty) Ltd, an importer and exporter of spare parts in machinery operating in Australia, New Zealand, Republic of South Africa and Fiji.

Mr Bruce McQuitty, BSc, M Econ Geol-Managing Director
Bruce McQuitty has 25 years experience in the mining and civil construction industries. During this time he has held various senior positions in large mining houses and has been involved in exploration through to the development of mines.

Most recently, Mr McQuitty was Exploration Manager - Manganese, at ASX/AIM listed Consolidated Minerals Limited. He has also held senior positions with Renison Goldfields Consolidated Limited and Gympie Gold Limited. Mr McQuitty has significant technical expertise in exploration, project generation, feasibility, underground mining and engineering geology and has managed exploration teams in Australia and overseas. Mr McQuitty holds degrees in Masters of Economic Geology and Bachelor of Science.

Mr Richard Bennett-Non-executive Director
Richard Bennett is Managing Director of Peak Drilling Services Pty Ltd, which was formed 6 years ago to service the Australian resources industry. Mr Bennett has been directly involved in the mining and exploration industry for the past twenty years. He has worked closely with drilling companies, exploration and mining companies and supplier companies both within Australia and overseas. He has been directly associated with the development of new designs and techniques in the mining and exploration sector.

Mr Tony Walsh, B Comm, MBA, CA- Non-executive Director
Tony Walsh is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the financial services and resources industries.  Mr Walsh is Company Secretary of Atlas Iron Limited and two other ASX listed resource companies and a director of an AIM listed resource company.  Mr Walsh previously worked at the Australian Stock Exchange in Perth for 14 years and Ernst & Young in Perth and Dublin for 5 years.
